Documents Required for Transcript Application:

• Application Form (Available on the official KBPE website or at the board office)

• SSLC Mark Sheet (All copies, including failed/re-attempted ones, if any)

• SSLC Certificate (Original and photocopy)

• Identity Proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or any government-issued ID)

• School Details (Name and address of the school attended)

• Academic Form (If applying for WES, ICAS, or other international credential evaluations)

• Authorization Letter (If applying through a representative)
