How to Apply for a Transcript from Higher Secondary Board – Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE), Kerala

    Documents Required for Transcript Application:

    • Application Form (duly filled)

    • Copies of All Mark Sheets (including supplementary/re-attempts, if any)

    • SSLC/10th Certificate for Date of Birth Verification

    • Copy of Higher Secondary Certificate (VHSE Certificate)

    • Identity Proof (Aadhaar/Passport)

    • Academic Form (if applying for ECA or WES verification)

Procedure for Applying for a Transcript:

    • Download and fill out the transcript application form from the VHSE website or collect it directly from the VHSE office.

    •  Attach self-attested copies of all required documents.

    • Submit the application along with the necessary documents either:

    In person at the VHSE office
    By post to the respective VHSE office

Processing Time for Transcript:

    The transcript process typically takes around 20-25 working days from the date of application acceptance. However, the duration may vary depending on:
